OPEN MEDITERRANEAN DIET
My food plans are inspired by the Mediterranean diet, typical of the Mediterranean area. This model, which is a scientific excellence, so much to be proclaimed by UNESCO as a "Heritage of Humanity", uses familiar foods in a natural personalized way.
My method of treatment is based on a new concept of the Mediterranean diet that is open to foods typical of other cultures, appropriately selected by me. Adopting these nutritional choices, it adds value to the diet from the scientific point of view.
These solutions are also particularly appreciated as they enrich the variety and taste of the diet with new flavours, giving at the same time a touch of diversity.
These dishes are typical of the Middle East, East, the American continent, in particular of Mexico and the Caribbean area.
During the first examination you will find a list of all the foods with which the diet can be processed and on which you can mark those you don’t want in the food plan.
In this way you get the maximum level of personalization: among the typical foods of the Mediterranean diet you can choose the most agreeable and the ethnic solutions are introduced only if desired.
SIMPLE AND RAPID PREPARATIONS
All the solutions in my food planes take a little time to be made.
When preparation times are very reduced or you are compelled to eat out, additional ad hoc solutions are available, which further reduced execution times and are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
In this regard, during the first visit a question is asked about the time available for preparing meals over the different days of the week.
PROGRESSIVE EVOLUTION DIET
My method of treatment is dynamic because it is based on the progressive and harmonious introduction of new foods and different dietary solutions during the therapeutic path.
This new method overcomes the old static technique in which the same diet was followed throughout the duration of the treatment.
