MY MISSION
I believe that every person has extraordinary potential that often remains unexpressed.
Many people live in a physical, aesthetic, and psychological condition far from what they could truly be.
For this reason, for over thirty years, as a medical nutritionist, I have been guiding people through transformation journeys, helping them regain energy, balance, and achieve their best shape through personalized nutritional strategies.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION
I have a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the prestigious Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and I completed my training with a II Level Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Università Politecnica delle Marche: a path of high specialized training that has let me integrate solid clinical knowledge with the most modern nutritional strategies.
INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH AND STUDIES
“Research has always been the guiding thread of my professional life, crossing cultures, environments, and borders with the aim of identifying the universal principles that govern human nutrition and adaptation.”
During the years I decided to widen and constantly expand my horizons, deepening not only the clinical aspects of nutrtition, but also its concrete applications in deeply different cultural and environmental contexts.
I spent long periods in major American cities—New York, Philadelphia, Washington, and Baltimore—conducting direct studies on eating habits and closely observing the nutritional dynamics of complex, frenetic, and multicultural urban environments, where time to feed oneself is minimal and solutions must be swift.
I also made three research trips to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, living in close contact with the local populations and studying the diet of desert nomads, particularly in the regions of Nefud and the Empty Quarter. Here I have analyzed how, in a very hostile environment, targeted diet choices can favour survival and even longevity.
These international experiences, gained in opposing and extreme nutritional scenarios, have broadened my perspective and inspired the development of innovative nutritional methods, based on adaptation and effectiveness.”
A UNIQUE AND PERSONALIZED METHOD
Each nutritional plan I develop is unique and tailored to the specific needs of each patient, integrating physical characteristics, medical history, and personal goals.
Mine is a modern dietetic approach, always up-to-date and based on solid scientific evidence. I don’t follow passing fads or temporary solutions, because my goal is to achieve concrete and lasting results.
Over the years, I have developed innovative strategies of proven effectiveness—such as the twin method, progressive evolution, and the open Mediterranean diet—the result of scientific research, clinical experience, and validation on thousands of patients.
These methods have attracted international interest and have been presented in prestigious settings, such as the Ministry of Culture and Sport in Madrid and in universities in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

A JOURNEY TOGETHER
In my study I’m sided by an équipe of three assistants that support me in data management, management of visits, and the monitoring of results and in the explanations to patients.
Thanks to them, I can set aside more time to listening, clinical evaluation and creation of highly personalized nutritional plans.
My role is not limited to the prescription of a diet: I’m at your side to help you keep up the attained results.
